On 6 February, the CIVIS–Ardanuy–TYPSA construction management team visited Amurrio Ferrocarril y Equipos to inspect the first rail turnouts ahead of their transport to the Sagunto Intermodal Platform site.
Beyond quality checks, the Amurrio Technical Director walked us through the entire manufacturing process — from design conception through casting, roughing and pre-assembly — giving us a full picture of the engineering complexity behind these bespoke components.
