The Management of CIVIS CONSULTORES ASOCIADOS, S.L., fully aware of the commitment assumed with its clients, is certified by UNITED REGISTRAR OF SYSTEMS under the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, in recognition of the organisation’s Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, respectively.
These certifications apply to the following scope:
“Technical engineering, architecture and urban planning services. Technical assistance and construction management. Health and safety coordination on site.”
This commitment is based on the following principles:
- Ensuring that all services comply with applicable specifications, standards and codes, as well as all legislation and regulations related to quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety.
- Establishing actions and programmes aimed at the continuous improvement of processes, the prevention of pollution and the protection of the environment, as well as the prevention of harm and deterioration of health. This is achieved through the analysis of the internal and external context of our company and its stakeholders, enabling the development of treatment plans to eliminate risks associated with our work processes.
- Incorporating into our services a management approach focused on minimising or eliminating environmental impacts, and aligning this objective with the rational use and consumption of raw materials, energy and natural resources.
- Increasing customer satisfaction, embracing the principles of quality, environmental responsibility and commitment to workplace safety.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders, in order to collaborate in the improvement of our services, both in technical aspects and in matters related to quality, occupational risk prevention and environmental performance.
- Encouraging and motivating personnel through the necessary training and awareness, promoting their involvement in the management and development of the Management System.
- Establishing mechanisms that encourage worker participation and consultation, with the aim of ensuring safe and healthy working conditions.
