The area is located in Alicante city center, completing the north maritime façade along the port, and has a total surface of 82.500 m2, designed as a residential area for permanent inhabitants, and nearby to Alicante HS Train Station, city shopping area and administrative facilities.

Although the works were suspended in 2008 due the econcomical crisis, new stakeholders are going to continue and complete the works pending. The project has passed the technical supervision from Alicante's municipality, and now works are in the tendering phase.

On site works are expected to begin in the next months, and they will last until 2017.
