The works in this tiny Marina Port in the interior of "Mar Menor", (a salty lagoon in the south-east of the region of Murcia (Spain), linked with the Mediterranean sea), were promotoed by a concession tender launched by the Regional Government of Murcia.

The works, finished in June, 2015, has been the followings:

  • Dredging and cleaning up of the flat harbour bottom.
  • Reordenering of the port moorings, according with the future composition of the fleet.
  • New anchor and mooring cables, gangaway and a new floating jetty as replacement of the old wood one.
  • New asphalt pavement in the dry-dock area and road access.
  • Total reconstruction of the building electrical network, and new lighting system inside and ouside the club house.
  • Repairing and painting of the façade of the building.
