On 7 August, the Phase I road network of Sector La Hoya opened to traffic — a turning point for mobility in Torrevieja. The new network delivers direct connections from the CV‑905 (Crevillente and the AP‑7 motorway) straight into the heart and north of the city, easing chronic congestion on the N‑332 corridor.
Scale and Future Growth
Four phases. More than 7,500 homes. Commercial areas, schools, and direct links to the Municipal Auditorium and Quirón Hospital. La Hoya is built to become a defining new quarter of Torrevieja.
Built for People and the Planet
Universal accessibility and sustainable mobility are not afterthoughts — they are embedded in every metre of the design:
• A fully connected cycling network across the entire sector
• SuDS‑sustainable urban drainage systems
• EV charging infrastructure
• Smart City and communications ducting
La Hoya sets a new standard for resilient, future-ready urban development.
