Alicante is shaping its future — and CIVIS was part of the conversation. The Alicante College of Architects (CTAA) convened a cross-disciplinary technical session with the City Council, bringing together specialists in urban planning, architecture, engineering, law, geography and climatology to define the vision for the city’s new Structural General Plan.
